We see cultural diversity as enrichment for our enterprise, as an opportunity to learn from each other. The constructive use of different experiences, skills and abilities makes for new potential. Our structures and our open and social working environment stand for equal opportunity and integration.
We have more than 15 years of experience with integrating nursing staff from abroad. During this time, we have been able to win a large number of motivated colleagues. Many of them stayed with us, advanced their education on an ongoing basis and today are in specialist and managerial functions. Therefore, we are always looking for well-qualified and motivated nurses wanting to be a part of our multicultural and professional teams.

As part of our structured integration concept, we offer:
From their first day, employees from abroad are accompanied and receive intensive assistance by so-called integration officers, i.e. mentors. Especially during their arrival phase and during the first year, those are the key contacts - not only for our new colleagues but also for nursing and ward managers. During regular feed-back talks, they evaluate the integration process of their new colleagues. They organize information events, joint activities with other colleagues and support you establishing a social network in your new homeland.
